The performance takes place on the third level in the Exchange Room, just above the hotel’s front desk.
We recommend arriving 40-60 minutes before your scheduled showtime. Check-in begins 60 minutes prior to each show. Seating is selected in order of arrival at check-in
This experience relies on all guests to be present and seated at showtime. Please allow time for parking, check-in, etc. prior to the show. The venue doors will close at showtime.

Tickets & SEATING
You do not need physical tickets as we operate on a guest list. Just present your photo ID.
As a reminder, while we do not offer refunds for any events we are happy to transfer tickets another guest of yours. Please contact us should you need to transfer tickets to friends or family.
Doors open approx. 10 minutes prior to each show. Seating is first come, first serve based on your assignments at check-in. The front row is reserved for premier ticket holders.
