All ticket purchasers are immediately emailed an order confirmation when their order is placed. If you haven’t received an email (and checked your spam folder), please click here check your past orders.

This event operates on a guest list, therefore ticket purchasers simply need a photo ID to check-in. 

If someone other than the ticket buyer is attending instead, please have them check-in under the purchaser name on your order.

To check-in, please use the elevators make your way to the third level of the hotel. Staircase access is closed after the second level.

We recommend arriving 35-45 minutes before showtime to reserve your seats with our team. After that, you may grab a drink or two prior to showtime. 

Doors open approx. 10 minutes prior to each show. Seating is first come, first serve based on your assignments at check-in. The front row is reserved for premier ticket holders.

Parking is available either with hotel valet or one of the area garages.

If you purchased tickets as a gift or need to transfer to another party, please have them check-in under the purchaser name. They can also see for details.

Due to the limited seating and showtimes, all sales are final.
